Our Focus is Clear

The Rogers Foundation was created to advance Jim Rogers’ passion for education. It began with the launch of an inaugural gift in 2015 - the promise to invest in a college education for every student in Mrs. Vuich’s third-grade class at Reynaldo Martinez Elementary School. That pledge came to fruition in 2024.

Scholarship Legacy

For more than a decade, The Rogers Foundation helped hundreds of Southern Nevada students pursue higher education, awarding more than $15 million in scholarships. The Foundation will not offer a new scholarship cycle or accept new applications. All existing scholarship commitments to current recipients will be honored in full.

To encourage Southern Nevada’s best students to pursue their educational goals, The Rogers Foundation is proud to offer a total of $100,000 annually in new scholarships. We provide numerous scholarships each year for students wishing to pursue higher education, both within the state of Nevada and beyond.
